The founder of our company Dr. Georg Büch has over 30 years of experience of working in various fields of the food industry. From breweries, to spice manufacturers, over to developing and manufacutering natural colors and flavours, he is a well known expert of the food industry. With his experties from working in different fields of the food industry and his background of the studies in Food Technology at the Technical University of Munich, he founded Black Forest Ingredients & Solutions GmbH in 2012. In the beginning of 2024 the BFIAS employs over 35 colleagues from 8 different countries and producing all kind of food ingredients for more than 100 clients worldwide.
